Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once downloaded. If you have trouble accessing a file or need help, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to fix it.
Physical Products (coming soon)
If we offer physical items in the future:
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Shipping costs (unless it’s our error) are non-refundable
